If you have read the article on the severn seals you will know that we now have the severn trumpets. The severn trumpets follow immediately after the seventh seal has been opened. Again I will mention that we do not have a timescale between each of these. My thoughts on this is they will not take as long, these will happen quickly. I will also answer a question I get asked some times, will we on earth hear the trumpets. I will say Yes. A huge Yes. Do you recall the Exodus from Egypt, when they go tto Mt Sinia and Moses went up the mountain to get the 10 Commandments. We are told that the people were gathered at the base of the mountain to hear GOD ask them to agree to the commandments. We had trumpets there, we had the voice of God, and it was so loud that the people asked Moses to ask God to stop because they were terrified. I think it will be similar this time round when each Trumpet is blown.
The seven Trumpets
The seven Trumpets start after the half hour of silence in Heaven, which is the seventh seal being opened above. As you will see this is the start of another set of judgements by God on this earth. These are your final chance to get right with God, to repent of anything that maybe even the smallest of sin. However I believe most people whoi arte still alive now will have taken the mark of the beast to allow them to buy and sell.
Again these are full of symbolism, but once you see that they are fairly easy to interpret what each one means.
- The first trumpet
"The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up" (Revelation 8:7). - The second trumpet
"The second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain, all ablaze, was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed" (Revelation 8:8-9). - The third trumpet
"The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water — the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter" (Revelation 8:10-11). - The fourth trumpet
“The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night” (Revelation 8:12). - Between the forth and the fifth trumpets we have this. Revelation 8:13 – "As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: ‘Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!’"
- The fifth trumpet
Here comes the first "Woe" are you ready. (Rev. 9:1-12)
1: And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2: And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3: And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4: And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5: And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6: And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7: And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
8: And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9: And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10: And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11: And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12: One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
Can I ask you to read the end of verse 4 again. Notice it states only hurt those who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads. We are still here at this point and the Angel of God has marked us with a mark on or in our foreheads. No the "666" mark of the beast has not yet happened, the devil is going to copy what God has done with his mark. Notice also that this is going to last for 5 months according to verse 10. - The sixth trumpet
Now we get the second "Woe", yes it is ramping up. (Rev. 9:13-21)
13: And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14: Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15: And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16: And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17: And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18: By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19: For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20: And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
Four demonic angels, bound and locked in a dungeon under the river Euphrates, which runs through Iraq. Many people have reported hearing wailing sounds coming out of that area. I do not think these angels are going to be too friendly towards people when they are finally released. They have been there for some 6000 years at least, my guess is that they were bound up about the time just before Noah's flood, as they are fallen angels who took human women and produced the Nephalim, which God destroyed in the great flood. - Before we get to the seventh and final trumpet notice these verses at the end of the sixth trumpet 20 and 21. After being hit with all this, they still do not repent, they still hold fast to their technology, their strength, their idols, that the devil will still win, and that these will eventually save them.
“The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts” (Rev. 9:20-21).
Notice also that we are in chapter 9 with the sixth trumpet, we do not get to the seventh until the end of chapter 11. You might want to read Revelation 10 and Rev. 11 to get the complete picture. - In chapter 10 we have the seven thunders as an angel spoke, however we do not know what these thunders are because John is told not to write them down. We also get the eating of the scroll that is sweet at first in the mouth but then turns bitter in the stomach.
In chapter 11 John is told to measure the temple but only specific parts for the rest is for the gentiles and we will trample the outer courts for 42 months. We have the two witnessess who are going to prophesy for the next 1260 days. They will kill anyone who attacks them, they will stop the rain for any reason they will turn water into blood, plagues to cover the earth. They will eventually be killed by a beast comeing out of the bottomless pit, and they will lie dead in the street just outside the Jerico Gate in Jerusalem for 3.5 days. People will celebrate and give gifts to each other, But, God raises them and calls them back into Heaven. Within an hour of this a great earthquake happens, 10% of Jerusalem is destroyed 7000 men are killed.
This is the end of the second "Woe" and the third comes quickly. - The Last Trumpet
“The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: ‘The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever” (Revelation 11:15)
But then the events of this trumpet blast take us all the way through to the end of chapter 15. The Last Trumpet is the final blast at the Feast of Trumpets, we are raptured out of here onto the Sea of glass in front of the Temple and Throne of God, for the next 10 days we are on our faces worshiping and thanking God, whilst the rest of the earth faces the final bowls of wrath. Whilst these bowls are poured out over the earth, no one is allowed to enter the Temple. We have been raptured just before the end, to save us from having to face the bowl of wrath.
There is still some things left that have to happen, and we need to know because we will be coming back, and depending on what we have done in the run up to the rapture, will decide on what job we are given when we do get back here. Yes you read that right we have work to do after we are raptured out of here.
